Cierra De'Shae is a native of New Market, AL. Cierra is a licensed cosmetologist in the North Alabama region where she is the owner of More Than Hair in Huntsville, AL. Cierra obtained her Associate in Salon Management from J.F. Drake State Community & Technical College in 2016.

Cierra De'Shae is dedicated to changing the lives of many through beauty and empowerment. Though cosmetology is her passion, her brand is truly more than just hair. Cierra De'Shae is also the Founder of Persevere Apparel. Though her T-shirts are trendy, they are a staple of inspiration and hope. The purpose of Persevere is to encourage others to confidently walk out life's processes. 

 

Cierra believes that it is okay to be a work in progress. Her mission is to provide others with a sense of peace with his or her process and finding resolve in one's own unique identity. In the words of Cierra De'Shae, "Life is a journey. We may be different individuals, but we are all walking out a process."
