Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly requests 24-hour advanced notice before a scheduled appointment.

 

Cancellations made less than 24-hours in advance and no shows may be charged a fee.

Same Day Cancellations / No show Appointment

If client is a no call/no show or does not cancel 24-hours in advance, you will be asked to leave a deposit for future appointment services.

Running Late

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule if another client's appointment follows yours. 

 

If your stylist is running behind, at your discretion, you’re welcome to stay and wait or you may choose to reschedule your appointment. 

 

Photo Usage

More Than Hair may use images and videos taken for advertisement on social media, company website, and/or instore promotion. If you would not like your picture to be advertised, please let your stylist know in advance.

General Policy

  • All services will be performed by a qualified and licensed stylist or an apprentice.

  • We accept  clients of all ages. For clients under the age of 13,  guardian must be present during time of service.

Returns                                                     

Intangible services and tangible beauty products cannot be replaced, returned or reused once open, or sold. All salon services and purchases are final.
